Job Summary:

The Board Certified Behavioral Analyst will be responsible for designing and implementing behavior intervention plans for students with behavioral challenges. This will involve working closely with teachers, parents, and other school staff to assess student behavior, develop individualized plans, and monitor progress.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement behavior intervention plans for students with behavioral challenges
  • Work closely with teachers, parents, and other school staff to assess student behavior and develop individualized plans
  • Provide training and support to school staff on behavior management strategies and techniques
  • Collaborate with outside agencies and service providers to ensure that students receive comprehensive support
  • Write BIP/FBAs and attend the initial IEP meeting to review their reports
