Job Title: Final Inspector

VIASYSTEMS TECHNOLOGIES CORP, LLC is seeking a skilled Final Inspector to join our team. As a Final Inspector, you will be responsible for inspecting printed circuit boards (PCBs) for flaws that may have been manufactured into the product during processing using magnifying equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform all types of visual inspection related to PCBs using magnification equipment
  • Read and interpret customer drawings
  • Identify and segregate non-conforming product
  • Perform minor rework and repairs to identified defects
  • Complete reject report, sign traveler, and input data into final log
  • Obtain final documentation package and move to the shipping department
  • Using calipers, pin gauges and micrometers
  • Maintain a high attention to detail
  • Follow all departmental process procedures correctly
  • Complete all departmental documentation accurately
  • Complete quality checks when product arrives in and exits the department
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by management and cross-train as needed to assist production
Requirements:
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted
  • Ability to stand for the duration of shift
  • Ability to read and understand blueprints, customer specifications, and procedures
  • Basic math, problem solving, interpersonal skills, and computer skills
  • Must possess interpersonal, problem solving, and communication skills
  • Follow all safety measures

Compensation:

Compensation for roles at TTM Technologies varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience

As required by local law, TTM provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in New York, California and Colorado

For California-based roles, compensation ranges are based upon specific physical locations
