About the Job

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Medical Technologist to work with our experienced team of professionals. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising laboratory activities, personnel, and ensuring the delivery of quality patient care.

Job Responsibilities

  • Supervise and oversee laboratory operations, personnel, and test results.
  • Maintain policies and procedures, keeping staff informed about changes.
  • Assist in interviewing, selecting, evaluating, and disciplining laboratory employees as needed.
  • Evaluate and document performance assessments of personnel.
  • Analyze workload to project future staffing requirements.
  • Oversee preventive maintenance and repair of instrumentation.

Requirements

To be considered for this position, you must be currently registered as a Medical Laboratory Scientist or Medical Technologist by ASCP and have a BS in Medical Technology or a Baccalaureate degree plus completion of a NAACLS accredited Medical Technology program. Hospital laboratory experience is preferred.

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
