Key Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience as a Scrum Master or in a comparable Agile role.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Agile methodologies, values, and practices.
  • Strong grasp of Scrum theory, rules, and practices.
  • Exceptional facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Capability to coach and guide teams towards self-organization and ongoing improvement.
  • Experience in conflict resolution, negotiation, and consensus-building.
  • Familiarity with Agile tools such as JIRA, Trello, or similar platforms.
  • Scrum Master certification (e.g., CSM, PSM) is often preferred.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage various priorities.
  • Proactive problem-solving mindset and readiness to take ownership.
