Agile Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Agile Project Manager to join our team at Wipro Limited. As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for facilitating Scrum principles, practices, and values in a SAFE environment. Your excellent facilitation, coaching, and communication skills will enable you to remove impediments and navigate conflicts effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure smooth project execution
  • Coach team members on Agile principles and practices
  • Remove impediments and navigate conflicts
  • Experience with Agile project management tools such as JIRA is a must
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Experience with scaled Agile frameworks
  • Knowledge of Kanban principles and practices is preferable
  • Experience with coaching distributed teams is preferable
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar certifications preferred
