Job Summary:

As a Clinical Liaison Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring that every family's journey with us begins with comfort and understanding. You will be the primary point of contact for inquiries, providing clear and warm information while maintaining professionalism.
Your responsibilities will include obtaining benefits information for each client, gathering and filing necessary documentation, and coordinating between departments to ensure smooth enrollment processes. You will also maintain organized client files, address insurance-related concerns, and expand access to BK's life-changing ABA services by cultivating relationships with external stakeholders. Your exceptional attention to detail, decision-making skills, and ability to multitask will enable you to excel in this role.">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

For this position, we are looking for an individual with a strong background in social sciences or a related field. Spanish-speaking proficiency is highly desirable. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will facilitate effective collaboration with clients, parents, and healthcare professionals. Computer proficiency and the ability to work independently and as part of a team are essential. Additionally, you must demonstrate empathy, optimism, and self-awareness throughout your work environment.">
