About the RoleWe are seeking a Preschool Teacher for Toddlers to join our team at The Learning Experience #147. As a Toddler Teacher, you will have the opportunity to create a positive and engaging learning environment for children, where they can learn, play, and grow. We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 per year and a comprehensive benefits package.

ResponsibilitiesYour key responsibilities as a Toddler Teacher will include:
  • Creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for children.
  • Implementing our proprietary L.E.A.P curriculum using our fun and engaging characters.
  • Building relationships with families and colleagues, creating a dynamic environment where play and learning happen seamlessly.
  • Communicating regularly with parents, sharing their children's latest adventures and achievements through various avenues, including mobile apps and personal discussions.

Requirements and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A genuine passion for the education and care of children.
  • One year of professional teaching experience (preferred) or six months of professional teaching experience (required).
  • An associate degree or higher in ECE or related degree (preferred) or High school diploma/GED (required).
