About The Role:The Learning Experience #147 is seeking an Early Childhood Educator to join our team as a Preschool Teacher Lead. This is a rewarding opportunity for an experienced educator to inspire young minds and create a nurturing learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and mentor less experienced teachers in the classroom, model behaviors, and provide feedback.
- Responsible for overall classroom management, ensuring a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment.
- Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum, working with Infants, Toddlers, and/or Preschool children in a way that meets their unique needs.
- Communicate regularly with parents, sharing their child's latest adventures and achievements through various channels.
- 1 year of professional teaching experience preferred; at least 6 months required.
- Associate degree or higher in ECE or related field preferred; high school diploma/GED required.
- Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP).
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
- Estimated Salary: $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
