About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and reliable CDL A Company Driver to join our team at Fourwide Transportation. As an OTR Company Driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently across the country.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive a company-owned flatbed truck to transport goods across the country
  • Ensure safe and efficient transportation of goods, adhering to all relevant regulations and company policies
  • Maintain accurate records of shipments, including delivery times and any issues encountered
  • Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
Benefits
  • Competitive base pay and bonuses, including up to 65 cpm loaded and empty
  • Base pay increase with Fourwide Miles
  • Add pay for permit loads, Canada loads, and other special services
  • $100 34-hr reset pay, $75 layover pay, and $75 tarp pay
  • $50 extra pick up/drop pay and $100 clean DOT inspections
  • $250 driver referral bonus and monthly performance & safety bonus

Requirements
  • Commercial driver's license (Class A CDL)
  • At least 21 years of age
  • Minimum 3-year Over-the-Road experience
  • Minimum 1-year of flatbed experience
  • Clean background
