About This Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Against All Odds. As a Sales Associate, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining a visually appealing store environment, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and acknowledging every customer, maintaining a customer-friendly environment, and demonstrating solid product knowledge.
  • Merchandising and Visuals: Assist in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, and store housekeeping to ensure a visually appealing store environment.
  • Sales and Operations: Process and replenish merchandise, participate in receiving and monitoring floor stock, and ensure procedures are completed promptly.
  • Loss Prevention and Cash Handling: Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and practices, including signing, pricing, and loss prevention, and accurately complete all sales transactions.
Requirements
  • Knowledge and Skills: Knowledge of retail computer systems, MS Word, and Excel is a plus.
  • Personal Qualities: A commitment to service excellence and customer satisfaction, solid team player with excellent interpersonal skills, and ability to multi-task.
Physical Demands

This role requires the ability to lift, move, and handle up to 60 pounds frequently to stock merchandise, stand/walk for extended periods, bend, reach, lift, and climb.
