Job Summary

As a Sales Associate at Express, you will be responsible for providing a great in-store shopping experience for customers. This includes assisting with additional tasks such as stocking, cleaning, and folding merchandise, as well as maintaining a clean and organized sales floor, checkout, fitting room, and stock room to ensure the store is safe and inviting to customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process transactions quickly and accurately to reduce customer wait time
  • Positively resolve customer service-related issues
  • Assist with additional tasks as needed, including stocking, cleaning, and folding merchandise
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, checkout, fitting room, and stock room
