Job Summary
We are seeking a Service Director to join our team at Chipotle. As a Service Director, you will be responsible for ensuring that great-tasting, high-quality food is served to our customers. You will also help to resolve food quality issues, support food safety, and work to ensure positive customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure that great-tasting, high-quality food is served to our customers
- Help to resolve food quality issues and support food safety
- Help to resolve customer incidents and work to ensure positive customer experiences
- Help to monitor crew breaks, shift changes, shift meetings, and line schedules
- Develop and cross-train all front-of-house crew members

Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in a fast-casual or service industry role
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Salary
The estimated salary for this role is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
