Job Title: Life Changing Residential Remodeler

At Lifeway Mobility Holdings LLC, we are seeking a skilled Residential Remodeler to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing bathroom shower systems, tile floors, and performing general construction to enable individuals with impaired mobility to stay in their homes and remain independent.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Demonstrate and reconstruct existing residential products for new accessible layouts and bathing safety
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all customers, ensuring their needs are met
  • Pick up and load company vehicles at the warehouse location each morning
  • Work on jobs throughout a designated region, which may take several hours to several days
  • Receive manufacturer training and on-the-job training
  • Work independently or as part of a team
  • Model organizational mission, vision, values, and goals
  • Work towards department/location goals
  • Comply with applicable laws and regulations, as well as company policies and standard operating procedures
  • Assist in warehouse and inventory management by communicating any inventory needs to the supervisor and maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Maintain cleanliness and follow all speed limits and traffic signs while driving company vehicles
Requirements:
  • At least two years' experience in residential remodeling or construction
  • Experience using hand and power tools
  • Basic computer skills
  • Strong customer focus and communication skills
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Ability to pass a drug test, motor vehicle record check, and background screen
  • Ability to drive company vehicles to various client sites
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:
  • This job is performed both inside and outside, in summer and winter, with typical conditions for outside physical work
  • Employees will be required to use various hand tools, with noise typical of a construction site
  • Employees may be working at a height, depending on the job
  • Ability to lift 75+ lbs
  • Ability to lift above head and maintain position for short periods
  • Ability to work in both indoor and outdoor environments year-round
  • Ability to climb ladders, crouch, and occasionally work in confined spaces and at heights
