Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Residential Remodeler to join our team at Lifeway Mobility Holdings LLC. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for installing bathroom shower systems, tile floors, and performing general construction to enable individuals with impaired mobility to remain independent in their homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Demolish and reconstruct existing residential products to create accessible layouts and bathing safety features
  • Provide exceptional customer service to meet the needs of our clients
  • Load and unload company vehicles at designated locations
  • Work on various projects throughout a designated region, which may require several hours to several days
  • Participate in manufacturer training and on-the-job training to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Work independently or as part of a team to achieve project goals
  • Model our organization's mission, vision, values, and goals
  • Contribute to departmental and location goals
  • Comply with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies and standard operating procedures
  • Assist in warehouse and inventory management by communicating inventory needs to supervisors and maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Requirements
  • At least two years of experience in residential remodeling or construction
  • Experience using hand and power tools
  • Basic computer skills
  • Strong customer focus and communication skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to pass a drug test, motor vehicle record check, and background screen
  • Ability to drive a company vehicle to various client sites
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions
  • This role involves working both indoors and outdoors, in various weather conditions
  • Employees will be required to use various hand tools, and may be exposed to noise typical of a construction site
  • Ability to lift 75+ pounds and work at heights
  • Ability to work in confined spaces and at heights
