We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Medical Assistant to join our team at Summit Medical Center. As a Medical Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic, providing exceptional patient care, and collaborating with our healthcare providers to deliver high-quality services.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate all operational and service aspects of assigned clinic, including patient scheduling, quality scheduling, quality and patient satisfaction efforts, regulatory compliance, and expense management.
- Collaborate with Providers to ensure the safe, effective, and efficient delivery of care, resulting in the best-in-market experience for patients and the referring community.
- Assure that all day-to-day operations in the clinic are completed before the end of the business day.
- High school graduate or equivalent, with a graduate of a recognized medical assisting program.
- Medical Assistants may have completed on-the-job training and at least two years' experience in a related healthcare setting.
- Certification as a Medical Assistant is preferred.
- CPR/BLS certification is required.
