Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Agricultural Applicator to join our team at Helena Agri-Enterprises, LLC. As an Agricultural Applicator, you will be responsible for applying herbicides and pesticides to labeled crops, operating equipment, and performing maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Mix and apply pesticides, fertilizers, and chemicals to crops
  • Operate and maintain equipment, including applicators and tractors
  • Perform routine maintenance and calibration on application equipment
  • Keep accurate records of applied acres and equipment maintenance
  • Participate in continuing education to maintain pesticide applicator license
  • Attend equipment workshops and training sessions
  • Perform other duties as assigned by leader
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Experience operating large equipment and machinery
  • Class A or B CDL required
  • Ability to pass a drug test and background check
  • Qualified Applicator Certificate (QAC) preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Agricultural background and knowledge of ag pesticides
  • Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
Work Environment

As an Agricultural Applicator, you will work in a typical warehouse and distribution environment with moderate to loud noise levels. You will be required to work near moving equipment and mechanical parts, and may be exposed to fumes, airborne particles, and chemical hazards.
