We are seeking a Child Development Specialist to join our team in Leominster, MA. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing direct counseling and intervention services to students struggling with emotional and behavioral challenges.

About the Role

This is an onsite, full-time position that requires a minimum of 1+ years of experience as a school psychologist. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of special education laws, psychological testing, and intervention strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct psychological assessments to evaluate student learning and behavioral needs
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs
  • Collaborate with teachers and staff to design and implement evidence-based interventions and strategies
  • Provide professional development and training to educators and staff on psychological topics
Requirements
  • Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology required
  • Valid Massachusetts State certification as a School Psychologist (or eligibility for certification)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
