Assisted Living Aide

At Abbott Senior Care, we believe that everyone deserves to live independently and with dignity. As a Home Health Aide, you will play a crucial role in making this vision a reality. Your primary responsibility will be to provide hands-on assistance to our clients with daily living activities, such as eating, bathing, dressing, and using the bathroom. You will also be responsible for administering medications, as directed by the client's physician, and maintaining accurate records of client care activities.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and a willingness to drive from your home to clients' homes. Previous experience as a Home Health Aide or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is highly desirable. We also require excellent communication and interpersonal skills, patience, and empathy when interacting with clients and their families. For this position, we estimate the salary range to be approximately $38,000-$48,000 per year, based on 20-25 hours of work per week.
