About the Job

In this rewarding role, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing physical support to assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, getting out of bed, using the toilet, standing, or walking
  • Observing and reporting any symptoms that may require medical attention, including bruises, open wounds, or blood in urine
  • Documenting or reporting observations of resident behavior, complaints, or physical symptoms to nurses
  • Maintaining resident confidentiality and adhering to established departmental policies and procedures
