About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the development of utility-scale renewable energy projects from greenfield to NTP. This involves collaborating with internal teams and external consultants to evaluate site layouts and constraints, technology options, schedule implications, interconnection applications and studies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the execution of development for utility-scale renewable energy projects
  • Direct due diligence on development-stage projects and portfolio acquisitions
  • Manage external stakeholders supporting environmental assessment campaigns and property tax abatement efforts
  • Prepare project budgets, schedules, and RFP responses
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in renewable energy project development
  • Strong understanding of land development, landowner engagement, and negotiation/contracting
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
