The Transformation, Operations, and Customer Experience division is dedicated to achieving excellence in operations through the continuous enhancement of processes. We are seeking a Principal Consultant in Strategic Planning and Performance who will play a pivotal role in addressing the organizational needs of the team. Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Strategic Planning and Performance, you will deliver critical insights, support, and communication proficiency for the Transformation team, facilitating informed decision-making, project oversight, and the implementation of strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the planning and execution tracking of intricate programs across diverse business sectors
  • Develop clear and impactful presentations for executive meetings
  • Advance progress in alignment with strategic objectives and goals
  • Formulate a comprehensive long-term strategic plan that aligns with enterprise objectives
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment
  • Cultivate cross-functional relationships to uncover business synergies and challenges
  • Organize and facilitate team meetings for senior leadership
  • Manage various communication efforts including all-hands meetings, newsletters, and external outreach
