As a Land Development Civil Engineer, you will play a crucial role in our client's multidisciplinary civil engineering firm, working on projects of all sizes and managing them effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop land development projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, architects, and engineers, to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Develop and implement site plans, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing environmental impact.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with project requirements and identify potential issues.
  • Prepare and present project reports, proposals, and other documentation as required.
Requirements
  • 3-8 years of experience in land development/site development, with a strong background in civil engineering.
  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field.
  • Must have EIT; PE preferred.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and Civil 3D, with experience in site development and land planning.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and management.
