Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and patients, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage practice reception, including answering phones, greeting clients, and handling cash and credit transactions.
  • Update and maintain accurate client and patient records, including medical history, treatment plans, and billing information.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments, preparing client correspondence, and sending reminder notices.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, word processing, and mail services.
  • Collaborate with the veterinary team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; previous veterinary experience preferred.
