Job Title: Senior Systems Computer Systems Administrator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Computer Systems Administrator to join our team at L3Harris Technologies. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing mission system technical support for the Ground Data Processing System (GDPS) and assisting RSAF personnel with preparing mission system load disks for each flight and the recovery of mission disks post flight.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for the GDPS and assist RSAF personnel with preparing mission system load disks for each flight and the recovery of mission disks post flight.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of job area and in-depth knowledge of CSA duties and USAF/RSAF Ground systems that support Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance operations.
  • Communicate within the job site and with the PMO to explain and influence changes to practices, processes and approaches.
  • Develop local checklists as applicable for assigned duties.
  • Read and interpret block diagrams, wire diagrams, mechanical drawings and circuit schematics.

Essential Functions:

  • Solid technical foundation and proven experience working with development engineering teams as well as direct customer interaction.
  • Thorough understanding of Strategic ISR and SIGINT Operations.
  • 9+ years operational experience in ISR and/or SIGINT.
  • Excellent people skills, with experience leading and collaborating in a multi-disciplinary, diverse, and dynamic team environment.
  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, & presentation).

Qualifications:

  • Must be a US Citizen.
  • Current DoD Secret Security Clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science and minimum 9 years of relevant experience or, Master's Degree and minimum 7 years of relevant experience or, In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years prior related experience.
  • Familiarity with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD), agile system development, and DevSecOps tools and processes.

Preferred Additional Skills:

  • Current DoD Top Secret Security Clearance.
  • Coursework and/or experience in systems engineering, systems architecture, systems analysis and design, system performance modeling, integration and/or project management, and/or model-based systems engineering.
  • Functional working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, and OneNote.
