Key Responsibilities:- Provide technical support for wireless and wired line business, including configuration and troubleshooting.
- Support customer device catalog management, working closely with customers to create catalogs specific to their policy and requirements.
- Administer end-user/client interfaces for wireless and wired line services.
- Submit vendor reporting requests for monthly wireless reporting and audit/optimization needs.
- Manipulate and load wireless reports.
- Support asset management and client profile administration per order activity.
- Work with Cass systems to support end-user profile linking and exceptions.
- Provide wireless circuit reporting for disconnected circuits.
- Offer periodic reporting on order management status and milestones.
- Manage profile/asset management exceptions.
- Confirm wireless savings for audit and optimization recommendations.
- Strong interpersonal skills to deliver exceptional customer service and develop a solid working relationship with clients.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, at all levels.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, challenging environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 2 years of mobility experience or equivalent knowledge of mobility standards, practices, and industry preferred.
- Technical processing-related knowledge normally acquired by working in a telecom environment or industry.
