Job Title: Certified Recovery Specialist

Aspire Indiana Health, Inc. is seeking a Certified Recovery Specialist to join our team. This role will engage and advocate for consumers in recovery goals while providing peer support services and consumer information in emergency, outpatient, or inpatient settings under supervision.

Responsibilities:
  • Engage and advocate for consumers in recovery goals
  • Provide peer support services and consumer information
  • Work in emergency, outpatient, or inpatient settings under supervision
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field preferred
  • Completion of State-Approved training program and passing score on certification exam
  • One year of related experience in a service capacity to individuals in need required if no Associate's or Bachelor's degree
  • Must have access to reliable transportation to travel between facilities, as well as a driving record that meets the guidelines and requirements of the organization
