Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our interdisciplinary team. The successful candidate will have experience in medical/surgical care and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
The Licensed Practical Nurse will be responsible for providing direct patient care, including administering medications, performing assessments, and developing and implementing individualized care plans. The successful candidate will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities

- Work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary team
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited licensed practical/vocational nurse program
- Current state licensure as a Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse
- CPR/BCLS certification. ACLS preferred
- IV Certified required or obtained within 6 months highly preferred
- Minimum six months' Medical/Surgical experience in an acute care setting preferred
