Responsibilities:

  • Perform general cleaning duties throughout designated areas on campus, including offices, classrooms, and common areas.
  • Conduct light maintenance work, including minor repairs and replacements of fixtures and equipment.
  • Assist with snow shoveling and other winter-related tasks.
  • Participate in bed making and other summer conference season tasks.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Experience in general cleaning, maintenance, carpet and floor care is desirable.
  • Basic knowledge of computers and ability to operate cleaning equipment and sanitizing dispensing units.
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 50 pounds independently and up to 75 pounds with assistance.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
