Speech Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow

Soar Autism Center is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Speech Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow to join our interdisciplinary team. As a Clinical Fellow, you will have the opportunity to work with young children with autism and their families, providing naturalistic speech therapy in a center-based setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and implement speech therapy for young children ages 1-5 years old in a center-based setting
  • Conduct multidisciplinary assessments and create treatment plans in coordination with other clinical specialties
  • Develop communication interventions for young clients, including AAC devices
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to plan and implement effective programs for young kids
  • Monitor client progress, update treatment plans and goals, and communicate needed changes to team members and families
Qualifications:
  • Master's Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from an accredited program
  • License to practice speech pathology
  • Prior experience with AAC or interest in learning from our clinical teams
