Join Soar Autism Center's interdisciplinary team as a Speech-Language Pathologist and contribute to delivering exceptional care to children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). **Role Summary:**

As a Speech-Language Pathologist at Soar, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify speech, language, social communication, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders in children with ASD.

• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans to enhance the communication abilities of children aged 2-6, utilizing a range of therapeutic techniques and instruments.

• Collaborating closely with our multidisciplinary team, including behavior analysts, occupational therapists, and psychologists, to ensure comprehensive care.

• Actively engaging families in the treatment process by providing education, resources, and support to foster their child's speech and language development.

• Regularly evaluating and documenting the progress of each child, refining interventions as necessary to maximize effectiveness.

**Qualifications:**

• A passion for advancing the standard of autism therapy.

• A Master's Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from an accredited program.

• A license to practice speech pathology in the state of your chosen center (i.e., Arizona or Colorado).

• Preference for SLPs with 3+ years of experience, but also open to new SLPs starting their career.

• Prior experience with Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) or interest in learning from our clinical teams.

• A playful spirit and the ability to connect and engage with young children.

**Salary:**

$82,000.00-$105,000.00/year.

The salary for Speech Language Pathologist Clinical Fellows is $78,000.
