Truck Driver for Food Distribution

As a key member of our logistics team, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality food products to our customers while providing exceptional customer service. This position requires a valid CDL Class A license and commercial driving experience. You will be responsible for safely operating a truck to deliver products to customers, verifying accuracy of delivery, and handling collections and payments when applicable.
Main Responsibilities:
- Safely drive trucks to customers and meet scheduled customer delivery times
- Carefully unload products from the trailer with a two-wheeler, pallet jack, or by hand and place in designated customer storage areas
- Verify accuracy of delivery with customers and obtain proper signatures
- Handle collections and payments from customers when applicable
Requirements:
- Valid CDL Class A issued by the state of legal residence with necessary endorsements and DOT qualifications
- Minimum of six months commercial driving experience (any industry) OR three months commercial driving experience in the food and/or beverage delivery industry required
- Ability to lift/carry/push/pull 20 to 80+ lbs. of product repetitively during each shift required
Compensation and Benefits:
The estimated annual salary for this role is between $69,880 and $79,440, depending on relevant experience and location.
