Position Overview

We are on the lookout for a talented and seasoned Lead User Interface Engineer to become a vital member of our technology team. The perfect candidate will possess a profound knowledge of contemporary web technologies and a wealth of experience in developing scalable, responsive, and visually captivating user interfaces. If you are driven by the desire to create exceptional user experiences and are adept in technologies such as React, Material-UI (MUI), Express, TypeScript, Docker, Kubernetes, Web Components, GraphQL, and Redux, we would be excited to connect with you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft and implement high-quality user interfaces utilizing Material-UI (MUI).
  • Develop robust backend services with Express, ensuring smooth data integration and functionality.
  • Employ TypeScript to produce reliable, maintainable, and scalable code.
  • Utilize Docker and Kubernetes for the containerization and orchestration of microservices.
  • Create and sustain reusable web components to enhance the development process and improve performance.
  • Integrate and manage APIs and data using GraphQL and Redux for effective state management.
  • Collaborate with diverse teams, including designers, developers, and product managers, to deliver outstanding software solutions.
  • Lead code reviews, mentor junior developers, and uphold best practices and industry standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 4 years of professional experience in front-end development, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
  • At least 4 years of experience with UI technologies including MUI, Express, TypeScript, Docker, Kubernetes, Web Components, GraphQL, and Redux.
  • Over 2 years of experience with responsive and adaptive design principles.
  • 4+ years of experience with version control systems, preferably Git.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and sprint planning.
  • Contributions to open-source projects.

Compensation:

Salary range: $108,000 - $186,800.00. Please note that these pay ranges apply to employees in specific regions, and may vary for employees in other locations.
