About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Women in 3D Printing. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for interacting with customers, understanding their needs, and providing solutions that meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Learn about the range of 3D printing and digital manufacturing products and solutions available via MatterHackers.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and make recommendations based on customer needs.
  • Create quotes for potential customers, manage the PO process, and track completed transactions in Salesforce, HelpScout, and our own quoting system in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with other departments within the company to ensure that customers have the best possible experience.
  • Assist and be trained by a generous and supportive team of Account Managers and Sales Associates, mentored by an inspiring Sales Manager, and guided and appreciated daily by a creative and fun Vice President of Strategic Partnerships.
Requirements
  • College Degree
  • Organization skills
  • Passion for helping businesses and educators
  • A desire to be part of an entrepreneurial team-oriented environment where flexibility and autonomy are required to thrive
  • Excellent communication skills, including writing and speaking
  • Experience with (or eager to learn) Salesforce, Google docs, Helpscout, and Gmail
