- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure that meat products are properly stored and displayed.
- Quality Control: Monitor and maintain quality control standards for meat products, ensuring that they meet company standards.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required
- Meat Cutting and Wrapping Experience: 1+ year of experience in a meat cutting and wrapping role
- Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain high standards of quality and attention to detail
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
