About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Recycling Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Pratt Industries. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our recycling equipment and machinery.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical repair and maintenance, with experience working on heavy machinery and equipment. You will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, troubleshooting issues, and making repairs as needed.

You will also be required to work safely and efficiently, adhering to all company policies and procedures. This includes wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) in designated areas, following safety protocols, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Requirements
  • A high school education or equivalent is required, with a minimum of six months experience operating and/or performing maintenance on various machinery.
  • Professional attitude and conduct are essential, as well as strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Multitasking, time management, and teamwork abilities are also required, as well as a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
Benefits

As a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary of $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer:
