About the Role:

We're seeking a Turndown Attendant to join our team at Four Seasons Resort Hualalai. As a Turndown Attendant, you'll be responsible for ensuring that our guests' rooms are prepared for a restful night's sleep. This includes restocking amenities, refreshing towels, and providing a clean and comfortable environment for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Restock amenities and supplies in guest rooms
  • Refresh towels and linens
  • Provide a clean and comfortable environment for guests
  • Prepare rooms for turndown service
  • Perform additional tasks as needed to ensure guest satisfaction

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
