About the Role:

We are seeking a Turndown Attendant to join our housekeeping team at our Four Seasons Resort Hualalai. As a Turndown Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring that guest rooms are prepared for the evening, including restocking amenities, refreshing towels, and making beds.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Restock guest rooms with amenities, including toiletries, linens, and towels
  • Refresh towels and linens in guest rooms
  • Make beds and ensure that guest rooms are tidy and clean
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Work collaboratively with other housekeeping team members to ensure that guest rooms are prepared for the evening

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
