Position Overview:We are looking for a dependable and proficient Customer Service Specialist to join our team.
In this role, you will be tasked with delivering outstanding customer support to our clients while addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely, professional, and effective manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming calls and resolve customer inquiries and issues.
- Schedule service appointments and provide all necessary information to clients in accordance with company and industry standards.
- Accurately record and document customer interactions and information in our management system.
- Escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate department for resolution.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns have been satisfactorily addressed.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor in all interactions with customers and colleagues.
- Continuously enhance your knowledge of company products, services, and procedures to provide accurate and current information to customers.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
- Must possess a valid, unrestricted driver's license and be insurable.
- Maintain a clean and acceptable driving record.
- Ability to pass pre-employment screening requirements, including background checks.
- Proficient in reading and understanding instructions and information in English.

While performing the duties of this job, the associate is frequently required to sit, use hands to manipulate objects, communicate verbally, stand, and walk.
