Job Title: Director, Cyber Risk & Analysis

Capital One is seeking a highly skilled Director, Cyber Risk & Analysis to join our team. As a key member of our Cyber Risk and Analysis team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our cyber risk management strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive cyber risk management strategy that aligns with Capital One's business objectives.
  • Lead the analysis of cyber risk and provide recommendations to senior management on risk mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the effective implementation of cyber risk management controls.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, risk management teams, and external partners.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging cyber threats and trends, and provide guidance on best practices for cyber risk management.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in cyber risk management, with a focus on analysis and strategy development.
  • Proven track record of leading complex projects and teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with risk management frameworks, such as NIST Cybersecurity Framework.
  • Strong understanding of cyber threats and trends, with the ability to stay up-to-date with emerging threats.
