Sun River Health is seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the healthcare industry.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a comprehensive recruitment plan to meet the organization's staffing needs.
- Source and screen candidates for various positions, ensuring a strong pipeline of qualified applicants.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop targeted strategies to meet those needs.
- Manage the full cycle recruitment process, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and extending job offers.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies, universities, and professional associations to identify top talent.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- 5+ years of recruitment experience in the healthcare industry, preferably in a Federally Qualified Health Center.
- Experience working with J-1, H-1, and other visa-sponsored candidates.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Applicant Tracking Software, such as Oracle.

What We Offer- A competitive salary range of $135,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year.
