Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Analytics Strategist to join our team at Condé Nast. As a key member of our digital media analytics group, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and informing data-driven decisions.

About the Role

The Director of Analytics will provide strategic guidance through in-depth analyses and reporting to key stakeholders. They will partner with Editorial, Audience Development, Business Leadership to achieve audience and consumer goals. Responsibilities include developing data-driven audience and revenue growth plans, analyzing editorial programming, and forecasting investments using confidential financial data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement data-driven strategies to drive audience and revenue growth
  • Analyze editorial programming and make recommendations for improvement
  • Forecast investments using confidential financial data
  • Partner with senior leadership to optimize and develop content strategy
  • Manage and oversee junior members of the Audience Development and Analytics team
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 8+ years of experience in digital analytics at a media company or digital advertising agency
  • 2+ years of experience managing a team of direct reports and hiring analysts
  • Expertise in writing SQL queries and building dashboards for stakeholders
  • Proficiency in synthesizing, reporting, and analyzing data in spreadsheets
Compensation

This is a full-time position, offering a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and generous paid time off.
