About The Job:

We're searching for an accomplished leader to helm our Anda Spa as Director of Spa. As a key member of our team, this individual will foster a culture of excellence, drive revenue growth, and ensure seamless delivery of world-class spa services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster a high-performing team by implementing quality processes, setting goals, and providing ongoing coaching and development opportunities.
  • Lead by example, exemplifying exceptional leadership skills, emotional intelligence, and a customer-centric approach.
  • Maintain meticulous records on staff certifications and licenses, guaranteeing compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Craft compelling communications, conveying vision, goals, and expectations to team members.
  • Embark on regular site inspections, monitoring operational efficiency and employee performance.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to elevate brand awareness and drive bookings.
  • Pursue cost-saving initiatives and identify opportunities for revenue enhancement.
  • Conduct thorough research to resolve guest complaints, often navigating complex issues with diplomacy and tact.
  • Liaise with various departments to align business objectives, driving collaborative success.

Estimated Salary: $130,000 - $160,000 per year
