We are seeking a highly skilled Product Visionary to join our team at The Waldinger Corporation. As a key member of our Business Acceleration Team, you will play a critical role in driving our technology strategy and aligning it with our corporate goals.
Key Responsibilities- Drive Business Outcomes: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement product roadmaps that drive business growth and profitability.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including business leaders and IT teams, to ensure effective communication and alignment.
- Vendor Management: Evaluate and manage third-party relationships to ensure seamless integration of vendor solutions into our operations.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to evaluate and improve our technology stacks, positioning the company for long-term success.
- Communication and Visibility: Maintain open communication and visibility with stakeholders to ensure they understand the overall product strategy, roadmap, and backlog.
- Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; 5-7+ years of experience in large-scale IT projects, IT consulting, or business analysis; 3+ years of experience as a product owner or related role preferred.
- Skills and Qualifications: Excellent communication and influencing skills; strong strategic thinking and decision-making skills; collaborative mindset; ability to develop and manage multiple business imperatives; advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
