Required Skills:
Essential Qualifications:
- Experienced consultant with a minimum of 10 years in the Retail, Travel, and Consumer Goods consulting sectors.
- Proven hands-on experience in managing large-scale Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) implementations.
- At least two complete end-to-end implementation experiences in Manhattan Active WMS deployments.
- Practical experience in the design and configuration of Manhattan Active WMS.
- Ability to define and design WMS processes effectively.
- Familiarity with WMS software solutions such as Manhattan, JDA, SAP, etc.
- Experience in online retail processes, including customer experience, inventory management, order processing, and supply chain management is preferred.
- Proven track record in leading strategic discussions and assisting clients with their WMS strategies.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and execution.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with executive-level stakeholders.
- Accountability for key project timelines, deliverables, budgets, and performance metrics.
Travel Requirements and Compensation:
The annual salary for this role ranges from $150,000 to $180,000, contingent upon the experience and qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, which is performance-based and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
