Job Opportunity

Audi of Nashua, part of the Lyon-Waugh Auto Group, is seeking a highly motivated Sales Advisor to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer care to our clients, building long-term relationships, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Professionally greet and assist customers, determining their vehicle needs through active listening and questioning.
  • Prepare sold vehicles for delivery, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Deliver new vehicles to customers, laying the foundation for customer loyalty and retention.
  • Maintain the prospect development process in our CRM, promoting sales through consistent activity on social media platforms.
  • Stay up-to-date on new products, features, and accessories, providing expert knowledge to customers.
  • Attend product and sales training courses to enhance skills and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Report to Sales Managers on objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses, ensuring sales targets are met.

Requirements:

  • Motivated self-starter with ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong influential skills for building long-term relationships with customers.
  • Possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Must be 18+ years old.
  • Automotive sales experience a plus.
  • Intermediate computer skills, including Excel.
  • Ability to multitask efficiently and communicate in a positive, professional manner.
  • Saturdays are required, and must be able to work one Sunday per month.
