Summer Internship Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Quality Assurance team as a Summer Intern. This 10-week internship will provide you with the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in quality assurance and develop your skills in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities
  • Gain knowledge and understanding of GMP, SSOP, and HACCP protocols
  • Learn the working knowledge of food safety and quality assurance testing procedures
  • Sit in on food safety team and USDA meetings
  • Familiarize yourself with customer relations and complaint procedures
  • Work/shadow alongside the quality assurance team to develop an understanding of how all the roles serve the facility
  • Get a high-level understanding of claims and specifications
  • Complete and present a project related to issues within the QA department
