Job Title: HVAC Journeyman

Lochridge-Priest Inc is seeking a highly skilled HVAC Journeyman to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the installation, layout, and change-out of commercial HVAC ductwork, systems, and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee a team of employees to ensure high-quality work is produced on schedule and within budget.
  • Perform quality sheet metal installation for projects such as schools, hospitals, and multi-story buildings.
  • Achieve project environmental conditions by installing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment.
  • Ensure two-way communication with stakeholders and maintain proper stock, parts, tools, and safety equipment.
  • Participate in company-provided training opportunities and meetings.
  • Identify and report potential opportunities for additional business.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in HVAC installation and management.
  • Strong leadership and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in small crawl spaces.
