Caregiving Specialist

As an Emergency Department nurse with CoxHealth, you'll play a vital role in assessing and prioritizing patient care during acute illness or trauma. You'll use your critical thinking skills to stabilize patients, initiate treatment, and make decisions about their continued care.

• Triage and prioritize patient care based on physical, psychological, and social needs
• Assess patient conditions and develop effective treatment plans
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A graduate degree from an accredited nursing program or NLN-approved program
• A valid RN license active in the state of Missouri
• BLS certification within 90 days of hire
• PALS, ACLS, TNCC, and ENPC certifications within specified timeframes
