Caregiver Specialist

The Resident Care Associate will report directly to the Family Experience Director, Pearl Director, or the Assistant Family Experience Director.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Provide hands-on care and physical/emotional support to residents according to their Personalized Service Plan (PSP).
• Assist with activities, maintain a safe environment, and respect resident rights.
• Perform ADLs, respond to security systems, and complete tasks as assigned.
• Work closely with residents, families, and the care team to promote quality care and services.
• Maintain accurate records, follow established procedures, and adhere to federal, state, and local standards.

• Educational Background: High School education or equivalent.
• Experience: Previous experience working with elders or disabled individuals preferred.
• Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Industry Knowledge: Knowledge and experience in Assisted Living industry and Dementia care or Skilled Nursing preferred.
• Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.

This role offers a supportive team environment and opportunities for growth and development. Estimated salary range is $40,000-$55,000 per year based on location and qualifications.
