IT Director

We're seeking an experienced IT Director to lead our IT team and manage all aspects of IT for our 270+ person organization. The successful candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for innovation.

• Manage all IT infrastructure, including network, compute, telecom, IDM, and VPN, for all office facilities and labs.
• Lifecycle management and support of employee devices, including Windows, Mac, Linux, and mobile.
• Manage ISP, network, and phone vendor relationships.
• Manage software licensing and user management.
• Manage a small team of employees, provide mentorship, and guidance.
• Implement best practices in security, high availability, and business continuity.
• Work with external/offshore contractors for equipment and access.
• Assess system performance and costs on an ongoing basis and implement improvements.
• Implement and manage AV equipment in conference rooms and demo stations.
• Work with HR, facilities, finance, and product development to improve internal processes and efficiency.

• Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 10+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Demonstrated technical experience with all of the above activities.
• Previous experience owning all of IT or a significant portion of IT.
• Experience with AD, Okta, and Google Workspace.
• Startup experience desired.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Very good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Service mindset.

We offer a comprehensive benefits package and equity, depending on eligibility. The annual base salary range for this position is from $175,000 to $230,000, determined on a case-by-case basis.
